I had me second weigh in and I lost another 2lbs this week, that is 8lbs in total which was my first target of 5% of my body weight off. So on now to 10% target....
I am delighted with 8lbs in 2 weeks and will try again really hard this week to get more off. Today has been hard as I have been craving fat foods today and although I have some fatty foods today I have counted them so I just have to be better over the rest of the week.

Sorry I have been away for so long but things got a bit hectic there for a while and to be honest don't really know where the time went too.....
Anyhow I was down to 10lbs to go but sadly that is back on so its back to square one for me. I started last week and joined Weight Watchers online.
I weighed myself this morning and I have lost 6lbs so delighted. I am using Weight Watchers propoints this time and trying to exercise a little too.
I played Golf for 2 hours today and knackered. Back next
Another week over and I have lost 2lbs really delighted and celebrated with a big fat roll :-) OMG the roll had 2 slice of bacon and black pudding probably put my 2lb back on with the breakfast roll lol xx
Anyway I have exercised over 11 hours and over 4000 calories in 1 month. The personal trainer programme is run in 3 phases of 3 weeks and I am on Phase 2 week 2 and OMG has the pace picked up. I sweat buckets and buckets not a pretty sight :-0

I have finished phase 1 of my first three weeks on EA Sports and worked off over 2000 calories. I now being phase 2 lets see what I can do now xx

I am 2 weks into a fitness programme with the Wii EA Sports Active - I workout 4 days a week and I have never missed a programme yet :-)
I have another 7 weeks fitness training and 1 stone to lose. I finish the training progamme on 30 August just in time for me to go on holiday.

Weighed in on Wednesday after Italy and Belfast a few weeks where I put on some weigh and I lost 3LBS this week absolutely delighted :-) that is now 15lbs in total and I am under another stone marker YAY xx I am so thrilled to have been able to get the few I had put on and more so head down to get the last 15lb off xx
I started a fitness program last week with the Wii EA Sports 2 and it is fantastic. The program runs for 9 weeks so this is me beginning week tonight. I work out 4 times a week and I never missed a session last week - I burnt off over 600 calories, worked out for over 2.5 hours, sweated buckets literally lol and lost 3lbs so I am delighted. It is such a difficult workout but paying off for me I would recommend to everyone.
I haven't really caught up with everyone since being to Italy to meet Daniela Fitzgibbon. Daniela is a beautiful soul and her little girl Elizabeth is totally gorgeous and little gem she just smiles all day. We had a great time with Daniela, Paudie, Elizabeth, Michael and Kay from SOFT Ireland - our angels were always with us and we planted trees in their memory in Daniela's garden it was lovely. We held a balloon release on the water letting them float away with all the angels names on them it was very special. SOFT Italy was launched on Saturday 11 June when the boys cycled a 10k to the Monastery in Pavia and back again. The route was stunning and the boys done extremely well as the heat was excuriating. I have been to Belfast too to meet a new addition to our family his name is Jake Brodan Devlin a new baby boy for Angelversary co-founder Denise Devlin he is a little brother to Zakk, Cerys and Gavin and he is so Handsome (I could just have eat him he was so cuuuuttttteeeee). Everyone was doing well and Jake is just adorable - I am missing out on so much of his growing up and can't wait to see them all again soon.

I am feeling quite hopeful this week that I will lose a couple of pounds. I am find it easier during the week but the weekend difficult especially with this weather.
Missing my golf as that was really helping me lose weight so bugger off RAIN I need the exercise out on the course.

Week 9 I stayed the same after going down to the SOFT Conference. Surprised the Hilton Breakfast never put a stone on me :). I promise I will try much harder this week feel like I am letting everyone down but really difficult to slim when you are travelling around and out and about. But I promise I will do better. I have lost 10lbs in total xx
Week 10 - I lost 1lb this week was hoping to do better but I suppose it is much better than nothing :). I had a training course in Glasgow for most of the week but I was really good and stopped to buy fruit for breakfast and asked them for special sandwiches. It was lovely to be back on the diet I find it really easy to do most of the time just found the last two weeks difficult with being at other peoples houses and hotels.
Back on the diet from now on though I need to lose every week. Watch out Daniela when I come to visit lol (imagine travelling to ITALY on a diet) - can I make this any harder for myself ha ha ha......

Week 7 - I was on holiday for 10 days in Majorca and I came to work and I lost 2lbs that is 1o lbsin total absolutely delighted. I was so pelased to have lost but I really tried while I was away so it paid off. I ate a lot of fish took only a couple of drinks over the course of the holiday and walked lots. Must have all really worked - I was so focused on not letting anyone down.
Week 8 - Another holiday weekend and another trip away to Ireland for a 40th Birthday Party. The whole weekend contained lots of food and drink - we had a BBQ on Friday, Saturday was the Party, Sunday was Sunday Roast Lunch and Monday was Ulster Fry before the Ulster Strongest Man Competition. I tried to not eat too much and drank very little - I came back today and got weighed in at the same weight. I never lost anything but I was pleased and not putting on.
So for next week I have one less day as I am back to getting weighed on Monday - I have lost in all 10lbs and next week I want to lose again going for that 1 stone. Wish me luck and thanks everyone for the support and the donations, can't thank you all enough.
